Harper: Flippin' Sweet!

My submission for the City of Heroes Fan Art challenge for April! The theme was "Paragon/CoH toys" and my first thought was Harper. Seriously, his incarnate costume is actually not hyperbole. He has all this stuff on him. (and he thinks the Liger is 'flippin' sweeeet!' (Bred for it's skills in magic, you see!)

So he's pretty much the poster child of this challenge. I did the inventory. The only thing on him that ISN'T either requiring a subscription or came off the market place is his face (Since it's my artist interpretation), his ears, his belt and the goggles.

Yes... even his tail and the little Vanguard MVAS are artifacts of this addiction. Yeaaaaaaah, I am a sad, sad costume whore.

So yes.. if you want to come into CoH F2P with the dreams of reproducing this costume... Um.. sorry.
