Heavy Metal Queen

Been playing City of Heroes, lately. Haven't had much motivation to draw, however, although today my muse poked me to draw the character that he kind of inspired through a few avenues of inspirations. She is a mute heavy metal lover who uses technology to amplify her otherwise non-existant voice into a sonic scream that attacks her foes and the same technology to blast electricity.
Her name is Mara, otherwise known as Heavy Metal Queen (inspired by the episode of Cowboy Bebop)
